Mr Groot developed an early interest in music, remixes, and electronic sound design. Though he is not a singer, he began experimenting with rhythm and digital production during his school years. Entirely self-taught, he learned FL Studio without formal guidance, gradually mastering the process of composing, mixing, and producing electronic tracks.

His works are characterized by a fusion of global EDM elements and traditional Indian sounds, particularly percussion styles like the dholki. This combination gives his music a unique Desi EDM flavor, representing both his cultural roots and modern influences.

After completing his postgraduate degree in Electronic Science from Rajabazar Science College, under the University of Calcutta, he worked on research projects including “MOS Solar Cell” device fabrication and characterization and Chemical Bath Deposition experiments (Project Type II). These projects contributed to his technical skills and analytical approach, which he applies to both scientific and musical pursuits.

Following graduation, he worked for Bluedart Express Limited as an Operations Executive, leaving the role with a positive reputation. In 2025, he began pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) professional degree, while also joining Capgemini as a Chat and Email Support Executive serving US clients. He continues to balance his academic, professional, and musical endeavors.
