Scientist Beta (born 26th May 1995) is an Indian singer-songwriter, music composer, Director and Producer. He is well-known for his Influence on society from his songs including Nastik, Kohra, Musafir and many others. He has been in Underground Rap Scene since 2012. Before 2019, he was known by his stage name Motive Talker.
The ending of Motive Talker:
YouTube channel was full of Rap Songs that were very unprofessional and low budget production shot on mobile even songs recorded on phone mic and edited on DAW Audacity. One Rap (Nirbhaya My Sister based on Delhi Rape Case) got viral and crossed 2Lacks + views and got public attention that lead to 3 community guidelines to strike for using victims' real images in the thumbnail. So Channel was taken down by Youtube.
Born Of Scientist Beta :
A New Artist was Born and Named (By Mom) Scientist Beta in 2019 with new Energy and Passion. Scientists have been to more than 100+ places of cyphers across India, He is known for Introducing Rap Cypher culture in small slums and streets and starting a group called Delhi Cypher Gang to enlighten many new generations to hop into learning HIP-HOP Culture.
Life & Career
Scientist Beta adopted his stage name by combining the names Scientist + Beta Both have their meaning Scientist was his first failure. From the beginning, His main aim was to become a Scientist. He was Inspired a lot by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam But he was not successful enough in doing that. From childhood, his mom called him Scientist Beta, not his real name.
He began his musical journey by releasing His first Song "Suicidal Story | Awaaz Hai" in 2019. His EP: I AM BACK FOREVER marked his Impression on many upcoming artists to introduce a new sound in Indian Hip Hop.
Career:
He is a Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer) with a Data Scientist, Currently working for Global Payments (TSYS). His main source of Income is Software and Freelancing Projects also ghostwriting.
Early and personal life
Scientist Beta was born in Balian, UP, India, In a Bihari Family , mother was a Computer Teacher and father was an Army Personnel. Both Parents had love and respect for the music, His Father was a poem writer not released them yet, Mom had many performance on Army stgaes. He uses influences from both his heritage and upbringing in his music, which he describes as Sanskrit style with a crossover sound, peppered with Melody and Desi Hip Hop influences. Linkin Park, Tupac , Dr. Dre, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne , Akon ,Eminem , NF as the main inspirations behind his music. His Brother (Kumar Shubham) is a Doctor already practising in India Supports him as the main pillar of his growth as an Artist.
