Yasar Arafat was born on October 19, 1995, in Delhi, India, into a middle-class family. His father is a businessman, and his mother is a housewife. He is the middle child of five siblings. Arafat completed his schooling at Government Boys Senior Secondary School in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi, and went on to graduate from Delhi University.

Arafat's passion for music began at a young age. He started singing at 15 and was writing and composing his own songs by the age of 17. After the COVID-19 pandemic, he attended Alankar Music Academy for six months to further his musical skills.

Yasar Arafat is described as a jolly and down-to-earth person. He enjoys spending his time creating music and writing Shayari.
